SPEAKER WAS: Mike Shevenell

Mike was born into a French speaking family in Biddeford, ME in 1958. He moved to Claremont, NH at age 5 and attended schools there until he went to college at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY where he got a BS degree in Electrical and Systems Engineering.

He came to faith in Jesus Christ during his junior year (1979) at RPI. He was filled with the Holy Spirit in June of that year at a FGBMFI breakfast in Springfield, VT. He continued his education at UNH where he received a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. The highlight of his graduate school years was meeting his wife, Bev (of 39 years) in the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship chapter there.

Mike has worked for a number of companies and organizations in the Seacoast as a Software Engineer and is currently the owner and founder of TheNetWorks, LLC a company focused on IT Consulting and services.
Mike and Bev live in Dover and have 2 adult daughters and 6 grandchildren all living in Dover.
